I expected a much longer wait time for it to be cut and finished (which I would have been perfectly okay with) but my brand was complete the day of purchase and shipped out the following morning. The seller is awesome! He communicates every step of the way, making sure that you are completely 100% satisfied with the proof before he cuts the brand and then he sends a picture of the cut brand and a test burn to make sure you are still happy with it and how it looks. When I need another brand, I will be coming back to this shop! |
