You are probably wondering things like: Can my brand design be made? What if I don’t like it? What if my personal style and tastes don’t match what is proposed to me? You can ask a question using THIS FORM to reach us. I’ll send an email back from me and you can reply to that attaching your artwork. The good news is you are working with me, the owner of this shop. I’m only interested in providing you the best in service and a solid product. There’s no risk for you. If at any time during the process you decide this isn’t for you, I will refund your money and cancel your order quickly and without hassle. That’s it. I am in the happy people business.
I am happy to answer questions you have before or after placing an order; however, I only start in earnest on creating your artwork after you have placed an order.
When you place an order this is what will happen:
- You will receive an email acknowledging your order.
- Reply to the email with your desired artwork (if you have it) and describe your iron. This can be a digital file of your design, a verbal description, a photo of sketch you have made, an example from my site you would like personalized, or any other way you would like to communicate what you have in mind. Please include your order #.
- I will correspond with questions, drafts, edits, etc. via email.
- I will ask for your approval to proceed with cutting the design we have discussed.
- In 3-5 days, I will cut metal, test the iron, and send a photo showing the iron and the mark it makes. Expedited manufacturing is available.
- With your permission I will ship the iron.
- In 2-3 postal days , A beautiful, custom branding iron for someone special will show up in your mailbox. Faster shipping options are available.
